About

Why did I found unproblem.™? For many years, I have practiced and promoted process optimization and guided people in global organisations. My passion for helping people achieve their goals and thrive at work has evolved into creating spaces — at home and at work — that enable rather than hinder.

With long-standing expertise in HR, mediation, language and cross-cultural communication, I bring problem-solving, discretion and deep understanding to every project. The name unproblem.™ came from the idea that you can actually turn a problem into your advantage. Because any problem or pain point can become an unproblem by using smart systems. And a smart system creates clarity and ease in your workflows.

unproblem.™ solutions are bespoke because each individual processes thoughts in a different way. The unproblem.™ method respects your personality, your needs and your way of thinking. You can apply the method in various areas of your life and this will help you see that this is about untangling, freeing, organising and enjoying.

Untangle and free your space and your life, organise it and enjoy it. As simple as that.

I am doing this because I have seen, again and again, how much energy people lose to constant overload — in their homes, their offices, their digital files, even in their thoughts. When overloaded, organising spaces is often not a priority. And when things pile up, they slowly start to define us. I wanted to transform that into giving you back the sense of calm and control that order brings. To show you that by making physical space at home, you create space in your mind for focus. You create space for better decisions, calmer routines, and creativity.

unproblem.™  is my way of connecting everything I know — human behaviour, systems, coaching and aesthetics — into something tangible and transformative. To give you peace of mind, and help you create environments that support who you are and where you want to go.
